The authentic stone house is located in a small town 3.5 km from Višnjan. The roof, gutters, mezzanine structures, electricity and water installations, glazes (floor), external joinery with mosquito nets and doors were completely renovated, the first phase for air conditioning was installed, all walls were insulated and covered with plasterboard, excavation and preparation for joining was carried out septic tanks on the house. Opposite the house is a garden of 234 m2 where there is a septic tank above which there are parking spaces. It is possible to build a smaller pool in the rest of the garden. Note: the garden is located across the road (4-5 meters) and is not attached to the house!
