As a German-speaking family business, we accompany you from initial consultation to handover - competent, personal and transparent. An initial meeting can be held via video call. Further consultations are available near Nuremberg or at our local office near Poreč.

The plot is purchased directly from the Croatian owner - commission-free and independent of the architect’s contract. Water, electricity and sewer connections are in place. By purchasing the neighboring plot, the total site area can be increased to 2,150 m².
