Stone houses at the foot of the mountain Učka # ruins for renovation - eastern Istria

REAL ESTATE DESCRIPTION

We present a station of stone houses in the so-called solitude, built long ago by a family from the local area. Houses with stories from the distant past are now on paper - ruins with a total floor area of approx. 278 m2.
It is about 4 buildings, stone beauties tucked into the nature at the foot of the Učka mountain and its Natural Park. The land with a total size of 3,306 m2 enters with its 3,137 m2 within the construction zone. The currently plotted area of the buildings in the plot is: 54 m2+43 m2, 113 m2 and 68 m2). Electricity and water infrastructure is already located on the land. The houses have a house number and are in good condition as far as the adaptation of the external walls is concerned. There is also a project for the construction of a smaller settlement. The access road is secured and tidy.

We are located, as it were, in the middle of nowhere, yet only 2 kilometers from the first store. The first beach is a 20-minute drive away.
