Quality construction of two residential multi-storey buildings for sale in Umag, Savudrija settlement. Each building consists of a ground floor and two floors, each with six apartments. The expected completion date is spring 2024. The apartments on the ground floor also have a part of the garden, and each apartment has a parking space and a storage room in the basement of 6 m2.
Nine apartments have two bedrooms, while three are reserved for lovers, smaller one-room oases of peace.
Two-room apartments are approximately 85 square meters in size. Each of the apartments has

In order to make the stay in our resort even easier for the future owners, we have built a tavern and a separate storage room for each apartment (approx. 6 m2), as well as covered parking spaces in front of the entrance to the buildings.
