The shown house rendering is a design proposal. Your home is planned to your wishes: choose a flat roof, traditional gable roof (Satteldach) or hip roof (Walmdach) -tailored to your ideas, intended use and budget. As a German-speaking family business, we support you from the initial consultation to handover - competent, personal and transparent. First meetings can be held via video call. Further consultations are available near Nuremberg or at our local office near Poreč.

The plot is purchased directly from the Croatian owner - commission-free and independent of the architectural contract. Water, electricity and sewer connections are available.
