All installations will be performed according to the smart house system. The system manages all lighting, heating and cooling, shutters, garage doors, patio doors, air conditioning, pool engine room, and the future owner will always have insight into the state of the villa, e.g. water temperature,
room temperatures, condition of pool pumps, condition of blinds, condition of open windows, etc.
Parquet suitable for underfloor heating will be installed in the bedrooms, and high-quality ceramics will be installed in the rest of the villa, which the buyer can choose himself at this stage.
The villa will also have video surveillance and an alarm system.
